WW2 - World War II Board Game Clone

WW2 is a clone of the famous Axis & Allies board game. The main difference between this implementation and other implementations is the exclusive focus on experienced players. Positive consequences of this decision include reliability and robustness. For example, an experienced player may want to run a game for severals days at a time. The addition of an ARexx port helps with the robustness aspect. In any case, it is expected that players already own and have played the board game prior to trying this version.
